Our Recap 2025: Highlights of PATPA's impact in 2025
As the global climate community marks another year in the implementation of the Paris Agreement, the Partnership on Transparency in the Paris Agreement (PATPA) is proud to share its 2025 Recap and Impact Report.
This year has been a busy one. From country-level action to building trust and credibility at regional and global scales, PATPA proves to be a successful model of South-North collaboration, providing inclusive engagement opportunities among peers. For instance, our technical assistance and targeted events in 2025 have played a critical role in supporting countries (such as St Vincent & the Grenadines, Peru, and Azerbaijan) to either kick off or finalize the technical building blocks of their Biennial Transparency Reports (BTRs).
The transparency journey continues. For 2026, we look forward to working closer with partners via our global and regional workshops, as well as taking a closer look into measurement, reporting and verification (MRV) for the industry sector and emission inventories for the waste sector.
