The Anglophone African Regional Group held its first regional workshop in 2013. The group currently comprises 26 developing countries throughout the region. Activities focus on sharing best practices, knowledge management, peer learning and capacity building. They aim to establish a basis for further consultation and collaboration among countries in the region and to provide demand-driven trainings and capacity development.

The group is open to all countries with an interest in learning about the topics of the Partnership on a peer-to-peer basis. The working language of this regional group is English.
