MRV Guidebook for Policy Makers
The "MRV Guidebook for Policy Makers" aims to present information on existing MRV arrangements for greenhouse gases under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change. The guidebook’s target audience is policy makers and practitioners in Annex I and non-Annex I countries embarking on their MRV work and looking for an overview about MRV. This resource will be available online and should continue to be updated on an annual basis. Authors are responsible for all errors or emissions that may remain.
An original version of this document was prepared by the Institute for Global Environmental Strategies (IGES). This guidebook has been updated and modified to reflect the mission and goals of the International Partnership on Mitigation and MRV.
