Temos a honra de fazer parte do Pavilhão BENELUX/EIB na COP 26 no sábado 6 de novembro de 14h45 - 16h (GMT+1). 

Nesse evento híbrido e público, vários representantes dos países da língua portuguesa irão apresentar e discutir as suas experiências e necessidades. O intercâmbio visa reforçar as capacidades a fim de cumprir as obrigações de comunicação e transparência incluídas no quadro da UNFCCC e do seu Acordo de Paris. 

Discutiremos como podem os países lusófonos passar de zero BURs para um BTR? Como é que eles vão dar esse salto já em 2024? De que necessitam os países? E que papel poderia desempenhar o Núcleo Lusófono neste contexto? 

Esperamos encontrá-lo em breve pessoalmente e/ou virtualmente na COP 26!

We are honored to be part of the BENELUX/EIB Pavilion at COP 26 on Saturday, November 6th from 14:45 - 16:00 (GMT+1). 

In this hybrid and public event, several representatives from Portuguese speaking countries will present and discuss their experiences and needs. The exchange aims to build capacity in order to meet the reporting and transparency obligations included in the framework of the UNFCCC and its Paris Agreement.  

The main questions are: How can Lusophone countries go from zero BURs to one BTR? How are they going to make that leap already in 2024? What do these countries (almost all) need? And what role could the Lusophone Cluster play in this context?  

We hope to meet you soon in person and/or virtually at COP 26!
