Many other nations have since adopted similar legislation, including Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Mexico, New Zealand, and Sweden; this case study analyzes the features of the UK Climate Change Act and evaluates its impact on the United Kingdom’s decarbonization and adaptation pathways.
